Mott And Bows Review
Introduction
Scouted is independent and only features stuff we love, so if you buy something via our posts, we may get a small share of the sale. I know when it comes to jeans, me included but also a lot of us denim addicts out there have “our” most favourat staple denims. Either they’re poorly made from cheap material or the cuts just don’t suit my frame. I mean, trying new jeans is scary; it means stepping outside of my usual! Am I glad that they offer an online option with Mott And Bows Review. Long story short, they are my new favourite.
Jeans and Basics
Mott & Bow makes elevated basics, and after this experience I am enthralled by them. I sampled the Mercer Jeans in a skinny cut (which not my typical style) but i totally loved it. They also sell men’s jeans in wide, regular and slim fit as well as distressed at different prices. They are just unerring in what they do, and this expertise truly reflects on their products.
Honest Review
I recently had an opportunity to check out this direct-to-consumer apparel brand – and in this hands-on review I share my thoughts. At first I was hesitant because you know i’m a Madewell fan, duh. Then I warmed up to their mission of offering good quality basics at the right price and fell in love. After approaching me for my thoughts I tried a pair of their jeans, and honestly they are very comfy, practical & impossible to travel without.
Product Testing
I tested Mott And Bows Review jeans and shirt by stretching, jumping and climbing rocks. The Slim Boyfriend Laight Dark, the High Rise Skinny Jane Light Blue and the Slim Boyfriend Charlton Md. I also wore the Fitted Crew Marcy Tee in Black, Red and White. I’m 5 ft’8 height, weigh around 150 lbs and I wear size 30×30 (could be a little loose) but if you want it to fit exactly on the body grab yourself number one smaller like this:27–28×30. They also had a try-on program in which I could receive eight sizes at home for free.
Full Review and Q&A
Having now spent a year and half going exclusively with Mott & Bow, I knew it was time for an full Q&A Mott And Bows Review. The Orchard High Rise Skinny in Dark Gray with Raw Hem (27×28), Jane High Rise Skinny in Medium/Dark Blue (29×30 perceptiddy) and the Jane Mid rise skinny, Faded mid correct size 8 at a 28 leg length as that is what I am wearing atm. Countless colors of these styles are now on their homepage right here.
I also have Carmine. Decode to come! I am in Love with the way these jeans fit my body and hence being a small waist big hip having person. The high waisted styles support my shape as well and the jeggings are always comfy. Now, I’ve owned multiple pairs of these over the last 4 years and all they have done is given me unbeaten comfort & style. Now I am diving into their white mom jeans and giving my Mott And Bows Review, truthfully & few pics of each pair.
High Rise Skinny Jeans
I have to say, the best jeans I’ve ever worn are from Mott And Bows Review. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly for any size of the biker gang. These are the jeans that have a reputation for tucking and bringing in the stomach, while plumping up all your best assets. The jeans are made from a denim so thick it will substantially mould to your body, without ever stretching out of shape or losing their snap-back style. I have featured these jeans many times on my blog, Instagram and IRL. They’re available all the way up to 40 so they have something for everyone.
Favorite and Second Favorite Styles
The High-Rise Skinny in Faded Medium/Dark Blue are my absolute 1″:[-[pair-. These jeans are pretty comfy and feel somewhere between a legging (with actual support) folded in one of its 14 pairs of lost matching socks, which means you can count on them every time. These have the perfect amount of stretch, not clingy but also not shapeless. The Jane and Carmine firmness would be two other of my favorites. They are named The Jane (lighter wash; extremely stretchy) and the Carmine, which is your typical thicker jean material. A great form fitting fit, perfect for various occasions.
Free Pair and Versatility
When Mott And Bows Review offered to send me a free pair of denim and one of their t-shirts, I was all for it. His brand was new to me, so I chose the High-Rise Skinny (Faded Medium/Dark Blue). The jeans are also my favourite when it comes to comfort, with its stretch serving just the right fit and feel. It feels almost like a knit legging – super comfortable, and it has that familiar green-tinted core yarn of all Levi’s; there’s not nearly as much stretch to this (this classic denim-type old sad face), so if you happen to be more into an older jean feeling on your jeggings.
The boyfriend cut is also perfect for day hikes, beach bonfires and sunset walks. This slim high rise denim is perfect for vacation in Europe or Asia where you can go from day to night. They are made from a denim that holds up after hours of wear and tend to barely stretch out regardless if you pair them with sneakers, boots or heels – ideal for anywhere on-the-go!
Mercer Jeans
These jeans are the pinnacle of luxury and style in terms of Mercer fashion by Moh & Bow, Made from dyed twill denim in colors other than blue, they’re a super slim style that is ultra flattering yet still pretty versatile. Coming in with a 10 oz composition and tossed up with 2% Elastane, the Constellation jeans are tight as hell around your hips/seat while sporting those white-boy thigh gaps down throughout a slim leg.
And while they have a 32″ inseam, some may need to hem them further – these are true-to-size dimensions that will cling tightly to your legs without feeling too tight or constrictive. Constructed from soft twill denim, these jeans are comfortable to wear all day and offer a flexible range of motion.
Comfortable and Durable
The most shocking thing about these jeans was that they were actually soft|I was very surprised at how soft and durable the material felt on this denim, to say the least. They have been used in all types of situations and activities — from dancing terribly at a bar to falling down stairs while retrieving the mail or withstanding an intense game of ping pong. Even with this subjecting, they stood up incredibly well showing off their resilience and ability to survive through the daily grind. Which suggests durable, high quality build.
Versatile and Stylish
The Mercer jeans are also effortless to pair with a basic white tee or top as well too. The pants tank bottom is suitable for writing a simple handling of casual outings and semi formal outlets like their office or brunch, so go from there to whatever it will take. Mott & Bow offers an extensive range which means there is a style for every occasion, and their slim jeans should be in your wardrobe.
MOTT & BOWS JEANS
Denim If there is 1 thing that finding the ideal pair of trousers entails, it’s a trip. Basically Mott & Bow was like a hidden gem amidst the masses for me. What makes them different is that they offer a selection of high-quality wares without the sky-high price. They’re softer and stretchier (better overall comfort) than, say Maddi well which I’ve reviewed as well.
Personal Experience with Jeans
Because having thoroughly worn in a few pairs over two years and despite the odd wash, I can tell you they last. This is also how you know that their fabric quality, it lasts forever and never gets dinged shape or color. And they continue to be the most versatile, whether I am wearing them on casual days out or dressing my look up for a more stylish outing. The jeans transition perfectly from a lazy day out to the river to somewhere semi-formal, balancing whimsical styling with an easygoing demeanor that makes them perfect for all situations.
